1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bliss Holidays Customer App (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this App's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Membership and Account Security
To use certain features of the App, you must be a registered member of Bliss Holidays. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Bliss Holidays immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.
3. Booking Requests and Availability
All booking requests made through the App are subject to availability and the specific terms of your membership tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal). Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by our booking agents. Available nights are deducted in accordance with your membership agreement.
4. Digital Cards and Identification
The digital membership card provided within the App serves as proof of your active membership tier. Bliss Holidays affiliated resorts and properties reserve the right to request additional photo identification upon check-in to verify that the person presenting the app is the account holder or an authorized co-applicant.
5. Modifications to Terms
Bliss Holidays reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will do our best to provide notice of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
